Are you looking for a fun way for your preschooler to spend their summer days? Join us at Junior Summer Adventures as we play, explore, and create our own adventures. Each week offers a different theme with preschool level activities including arts and crafts, story-time, sports, water play, and plenty of outdoor fun! Enrichment programs throughout the summer include Kidstock performances, Curious Creature visits, weekly music and yoga, and more! Our summer staff is led by the recreation department’s EEC certified preschool teachers, along with local high school and college students, providing a safe, fun, and engaging experience for your preschooler. Group size is limited to 18 children, and our child-to-counselor ratio is 6:1. Children must meet the age requirement for their group by June 1st, and must be fully potty-trained to attend. Parents may register and complete enrollment forms online.
Enrollment form: After registering online or by phone, please click on the enrollment form link below. This is a fillable PDF, so you can complete it online, save, and email to sferraguto@winchester.us . You may also print out the form and bring it to the recreation department main office, but it must be on file before your child can attend. (Only one form is required for multiple weeks.)
Allergies/epipens: If your child has an allergy that requires an epipen, please provide one that can be kept at camp for the week. Please notify the director before your child attends, and we will forward an allergy action plan form to complete before your child attends the program.

Week 1: June 26th - 30th - Blast off Into Summer - Fee $225
Week 2: July 3rd - July 7th – Super Friends - Fee $180 (4 days-closed 7/4)
Week 3: July 10th - July 14th – Enchanted Forest - Fee $225
Week 4: July 17th - July 21st – Summer Safari - Fee $225
Week 5: July 24th - July 28th – Under The Big Top - Fee $225
Week 6: July 31st- - August 4th – Island Adventures - Fee $225
Week 7: August 7th - August 11th - Ocean Adventures - Fee $225
EXTENDED DAY OPTIONS: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm dismissal
Looking for a few hours of coverage after our Half-Day Adventure Program ends? Then this new extended option is for you! Join your friends and camp counselors for two additional hours of Summer Adventure. Campers should bring a peanut/ treenut-free lunch. “Extended day” is offered Monday-Thursday, with dismissal from our Rec. Dept. location at 2:00pm.
Children must be registered for the morning session to attend extended day.
Extended Day Fees:
$115.00 per week (4 days)
$85.00 (3 days) week of July 3rd-July 7th week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
