A perfect mind/body program similar to Yoga and incorporating Barre technique.  The purpose of Pilates matwork is to stretch and strengthen
muscles, and release tension.

Mondays        5:10-5:30pm or 6:10-6:30pm
Wednesday    5:10-5:30pm or 6:10-6:30pm
Thursday       5:30-6:00pm

10 Sessions

Pilates Matwork
  • Soothing music helps you to relax.
  • Concentrate on proper spinal alignment.
  • Breathing techniques
  • Pelvic stabilization using the abdomen, buttocks and back.
  • No prior experience in the Pilates method of exercise necessary.
  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.
  • Ten one-hour equivalent sessions.
