Adult yoga class.

Drawing on a number of traditional Hatha yoga postures, this class combines strength, flexibility and breathing components with melodic background music. The instructor uses a fitness-oriented style based on the ancient secrets of health and vitality. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.  Select the day that works for you!
