FLAG FOOTBALL SKILLS CLINICS WITH VARSITY ASSISTANT COACH, TOM CARR

Calling all football players! Current Winchester High School Associate Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator, Tom Carr, and former Sachem football player and current head WHS basketball coach, John Fleming, will direct a flag football skills clinic this summer.  The clinic is for all youth flag football players grades 2 - 9 focusing on the skills needed to play quarterback, wide receiver, tight end, running back, cornerback, safety, and linebacker.  The clinic will consist of individual positional instruction as well as 7 v 7 style team competition so that players can learn basic route concepts and defensive schemes.   Monday, July 13 - Thursday, July 16 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. with a daily lunch break.  Campers must bring their own lunch.  


FOOTBALL SKILLS CLINIC
  • Consist of individual positional instruction.
  • 7 v 7 style team competition.
  • Players can learn basic route concepts and defensive schemes.
  • Focusing on the skills needed to play quarterback, wide receiver, tight end, running back, cornerback, safety, and linebacker.
  • Monday, July 13th-Thursday, July 16th from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m
  • Daily lunch break, Campers must bring their own Lunch!
