MINDFULNESS MEDITATION AND BREATHING FOR RELAXATION

This mini-workshop will help you to relax your body, calm your mind, and learn to be more present-centered.  We will practice different moving meditations and deep breathing to release tension and promote deeper relaxation.  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (or fluffy towel if you don't have a yoga mat).
