PILATES REFORMER – Beginner at Studio Pilates - New Class Offering

Have you ever wanted to try the Pilates Reformer? Here is your chance

There is probably no piece of Pilates equipment more famous than the Reformer -- and for good reason. The Pilates Reformer can make a dramatic change in the body when used correctly. Why? What makes the Pilates Reformer so special?
One of the most remarkable things about the Reformer is its versatility. The Reformer can be used at any fitness level: for the elite athlete or the rehabbing patient. It can provide a lot of support – heavy load or very little support – light load. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling straps, pushing foot bar, holding plank and a multitude of variations.  STOTT Pilates exercises done on the Reformer promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance which in turn lead to daily life improvements like better posture, increased range of motion, graceful, efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as lower back pain.

The Reformer creates a unique and varied exercise environment. It’s fun, effective and unlike any other exercise program. Come give it a try.
