INTRO TO BOXING (K-4 & 5-8 grades)
In this class chlidren will learn Self-Confidence. Boxing enables a child to become more self-confident because it is an individual sport that allows a child to progress at their own pace. Coordination, our boxing program challenges the entire body, developing coordination, balance, agility and poise. Discipline & Activeness – Boxing training can help a child discover that through self-discipline and perseverance he or she can accomplish almost anything. Regular active training improves reflexes and increases overall healthy habits for the child.Boxing can help children from being bullied. Cardio – Boxing is a great cardiovascular workout. Strength – Boxing enhances the development of stronger bones and muscles and improves flexibility of a child. Weight Loss/Control – Boxing training sessions help prevent child obesity. A single workout can burn as many as 800-1000 calories. Regular practice will help a child maintain a consistent and healthy body weight.
A child can learn a great skill while working out, with improved health benefits. Boxing can assist in improving a child in other sport activities. Classes are fun, exciting and challenging for the mind, body and spirit of the child.

All parents will be required to sign guest registration and waiver for their child upon arrival.
