Spring - April 4th - June 20th (10 weeks)

Join Judy, Gail and Lena at Focus on Fitness because we care about YOUR HEALTH and WELL BEING.

Program includes:  Simple titles:  Aerobics, Step, Muscle Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, in the morning and evening for one hour plus in an intimate setting away from overwhelming equipment and noisy classes.  We want you to be active, build strength, maintain balance and feel sane.

What to bring: SNEAKERS, WATER, MAT, WEIGHTS, & A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
