We are pleased to announce the 2019-2020 after school program for Grades K through 5. This program is held at the Lynch Elementary School. Parents may choose a three-day or five-day option. Lynch Extended Day follows the Winchester Public School calendar.  It is not in session when schools are closed because of inclement weather.  This is a  program designed for children enrolled at the Lynch Elementary School or children with accessibility concerns.  Early release days are included in the Lynch Extended Day Program. Space is limited, please register to reserve your spot! The Winchester Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment.  The Program has to meet the minimum number as will be running on schedule beginning on the first day of school.

What Is A Common Day at Extended Day? Children will check in at the Cafeteria at school dismissal. After check-in children will have snack and free time. Children will have a choice of arts and crafts, sports and games or Lynch enrichment programs when available. We set aside time for homework daily. Field trips and special performers, often are scheduled on Early Release days.

How Do I Sign Up?
To enroll in the Lynch Extended Day Program, please call 781-721-7125. Participants must have filed their paperwork, and paid the $25 registration fee and the first month’s tuition payment before attending the Lynch Extended Day Program. Space is limited, please register or reserve your spot! The Winchester Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment. A minimum of 20 students by June 1st is needed to run this program. We have meet the minimum number of participants and will be running on schedule beginning the first day of school.
